I think this is a particularly good program. I enjoyed putting it together on the fly in the studio - I try to play what I'd play for friends in my living room.

A lot of different styles were played from a previously unrealsed Franco song to a new one by Ferre Gola. From Choc Stars and  Esperant to the "dreamy" (gracias a mi amigo de Colombia) track by Langa Langa Stars. And more..

Among them we have the guitar artistry of Master Mwana Congo, Docteur Nico and others. Welcome to Ambiance Congo radio program!
We have heard a lot of newer music lately, so today we go back to the older music from the golden eras of Congolese music. We have OK Jazz, Theo Blaise, Orchestre Sinza, Docteur Nico and Shama Shama along with some wonderful rare groups such as Orchestre Sossa and Bwambe Bwambe.

Ambiance Congo: June 28, 2015

Welcome!
I feature many times the older Congolese music. Today I bring mostly newer music. I think only one or two tracks were cut before the year 2000 and many were released overseas in 2014 but only available here in USA this year.
