Ambiance Congo: October 6, 2013

Welcome to the Ambiance Congo radio program blog. You are invited to enjoy a rebroadcast of the program aired on October 6.
I always enjoy browsing through recordings to put together each program. With so very much excellent music to choose from, it is not difficult to know where to start, but it is difficult to decide what to omit or save for a later date! This time it was no different.
Enjoy!

Ambiance Congo: September 22, 2013

WELCOME! Welcome to Ambiance Congo. If you are returning, welcome back! If you are new, this is a radio program, broadcast every other week, that plays all Congolese popular music.
This Sunday, I came in ready to present one group of songs and then ad libbed the presentation. Upon hearing certain songs, the moment dictated something other than what I'd planned, but I think this kind of spur-of-the-moment show is a lot more fun.
We have some great songs by Pablo Lubadika, Kara de Kinshasa, Bozi Boziana and Generation Universal
as well as albums by those pictured below.
Speaking of album covers, you can find many more by searching on this site for a band, artist or album name. Many more? Yea. Many more.
Listen loud!
