All live sets today. I've been preparing for a program of Congolese live music videos that I'll be presenting in February in conjunction with an art exhibition. Some of the songs heard here today are from DVDs that I've chosen, some are from LPs and CDs. I love concert videos and the music and I wish that the performances could be presented here, but they cannot, so we have just the music.
Most of these songs are from the 1990s through today. If you'd like to have another program with classics from bands like TP OK Jazz, Afrisa International or Trio Madjesi, please let me know and I'll do another show.
